Prohibited Activities

Customer Service
ECMC Education provides assistance and guidance through its representatives. When communicating with our representatives, you may not be abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexist, threatening, harassing, racially or religiously offensive, or otherwise behave inappropriately. If we feel that your behavior toward any of our representatives or employees is at any time threatening, abusive or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately cease such communication and terminate your use of the Website.

Upon a request by ECMC Education, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold ECMC Education harmless from all liability, loss, claim and expense, including attorney's fees, related to your violation of the Terms of Use or misuse of the Website.
